A Brookdale Blessing

Genesis provided a truckload of canned fruit and baking goods to Dorcas Ministries food Pantry this week.  The need for food is great this season. Sharing our blessings with others is how we live into our core values… Love God, Love Neighbor, Serve Others.

Scouting Ministry at Genesis

Cub Scout Pack 152 Cub Scout Pack 152 is a dynamic, active pack of approximately 40 boys ranging from kindergarten to 5th grade.  The pack is broken into 6 dens, one for each grade in school.  The pack places an emphasis on participatory citizenship, the outdoors, and STEM.  This year, our Scouts have been able to partner with the church to spread pine straw around the grounds, donate items to the Fill the Bucket campaign, and volunteer at the Rise…

Preschool has a busy month planned for November.  We will be talking about being thankful along with taking care of the bodies God has given us.  We are excited to have Pirouette Dance visit us for a field trip to go along with our Fitness and Fun theme for the month.
