Christmas Eve Outdoor Service with Holy Communion

Christmas Eve Online Worship Services
Our online services will stream from 9 am on Christmas Eve, Thursday December 24th. The services are available via our youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/GenesisUMCCary. There will be two separate virtual services:
- “Christmas Cubs” Family Oriented service, and
- Traditional Virtual candlelight service.
We invite you to gather your loved ones around the TV or computer screen and join us in worship. Both services contain a video of congregants passing the light of Christ as we sing together.
Journey to the Manger
You are also invited to bring your family to Journey to the Manger, an outdoor self-guided worship experience in the back parking lot of Genesis through December 26th. From dusk – 9:00 pm, the walk will be lit by solar powered luminaries. This experience is also available during daylight hours. Video narration is available via QR codes at each station.
Please note that there be NO outdoor worship on December 27th. You are invited to join us online.
