Students can help grow their faith by participating in these Genesis programs:
- 10 am Sunday morning Bible study. This class studies the Bible weekly as we look for ways to engage in God’s word and apply it to our everyday lives.
- Genesis Unleashed Sundays @ 5 p.m. This group meets on Sunday evenings during the school year. We fellowship, share meals, serve in missions and learn about how to see the world through a Christian lens.
- Participate in week/weekend spiritual retreats. Each year we take students to Pilgrimage, a weekend long service that is part of our Methodist connection. Every summer we take a group of students to worship, serve and have fun at Student Life Mission Camp.
- Participate in Confirmation class. This class is held in the spring for students in 8th grade and up who are interested in learning more about their faith and working towards a decision to follow Christ and join the church.
- Finding an adult mentor to walk with you on your faith journey. Students usually find a mentor during the Confirmation season, but students are encouraged any time to find someone who is more mature in their faith to meet with regularly.
