The dedication of the 2021 Habitat for Humanity Methodist Build Home in Cary took place Monday, June 20, 2022. This is the day after Juneteenth. It’s fitting, as there has been an increase in the number of AMEZ, AMEC and AME churches involved. Genesis UMC is one of the proud sponsors of this build.
The home is located in Hannah Place, at 125 Trimble Ave in Cary. The Methodist Build brings Raleigh Area Methodist area churches together strengthening relationships while serving families in need of affordable housing.
We pray for God’s blessings to be on the family of Mohamed Chakka in their new home.
