Kim and her husband Norm joined Genesis in 2001. They have 2 adult daughters and 1 granddaughter. Kim grew up in Seattle, WA and attended the University of Washington, earning a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She spent 21 years working in various engineering and management positions. Kim joined the Genesis office staff in 2005, and now serves as Director of Congregational Care and Communications.
