GREETINGS!

Welcome to our web site! I have to tell you, Genesis is a wonderful church. I am blessed and thankful to serve with so many wonderful people.
God is at the center of all we do here. We are a community that “believes in” and “lives out” our Vision – Become and Make Disciples; our Core Values – Love God, Love Neighbor, Serve Others; and our Guiding Principles – Prayer, Study, Worship, Witness, Stewardship, Fellowship, and Outreach.
Let me extend an invitation to you to come and worship with us –come check us out – you will not be disappointed.
My Purpose: Know, Grow, Show
Know:
I know my sins are forgiven. Therefore, I know I will live forever with Him.
Grow:
Growing daily, using spiritual disciplines like prayer, Bible study, worship and fellowship with others.
Show:
Showing the love of Christ to all I encounter.
My Vision Statement:
Living to Give – Following the example of Christ I live to give through knowing, growing and showing.
My Core Values:
Honesty –
“So I strive always to keep my conscience clear before man and God.”
Boldness –
“So we speak with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”
We celebrate the Living Christ through worship on Sundays with ALIVE@9, our contemporary service and at 11:20 am, in our traditional worship service.
Sunday classes are offered for every age at 10:10 am. On Wednesdays we hold a contemplative service Reflect and Renew at 7:00 p.m. with Holy Communion.
As you navigate through our website I hope you will be reminded of the goodness of God; that God loves you and promises to care for you.
I want to assure you that Genesis is a church where you can find your place to serve, whether it’s the first time coming into a place of worship or whether it’s a continuation of your faith journey.
Genesis is a fellowship where you can find a place to connect, finding peace and comfort from our fast pace of life. Genesis is a community where you can become all God has called you to be and experience the faithfulness of God. God Bless!
Living to Give,
Pastor Craig
13 I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God that you may know that you have eternal life. (ESV)
2 Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— (ESV)
9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. (ESV)
16 So I always take pains to have a clear conscience toward both God and man. (ESV)
6 So we can confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear;
what can man do to me?” (ESV)
